Sad fact is that tagging a simple "sorry" to the end of dragging a franchise through the mud does little, if anything in restoring the massive amount of damage it inflicted on it's own hometown heroes. Being penalized for taping the first 5 minutes of the first game of the season, OK, I can get over that and so can the franchise. I'm by no means a Patriots fan or hater. Just pointing out the fact that slanderous irreparable damage inflicted on an individual or an organization should require a massive shake-up at the Herald befor the paper can ever be seen as credible again.
